Customers can select from copper, molybdenum and stainless steel materials. APM offers backing plate serialization to help customers keep track of weights and shipping cycles. Target Bonding Thermal Conductive Bonding Inc. (TCB) provides all of APM’s bonding service needs. TCB offers both traditional indium bonding as well as a new high performance elastomer bonding process. These processes can be employed for bonding of ceramic, metallic or intermetallic targets to copper, molybdenum or stainless steel backing plates.
APM through its sales agreement with Kanematsu USA manufactures and sells showerhead plasma etching electrode plates for many standard and custom etching systems. In addition to plasma etching components, APM also provides focus rings and 300mm test wafer blanks for prototype applications. Fine Silver Anodes APM has introduced a complete line of silver anode products for all plating applications. These include plate, ball, button, rod and snowflake shapes.
